How It Works
Schedule a Pickup
Click on schedule a pickup or download the app and begin creating your account. Select treatment preferences and schedule your laundry day
Separating Laundry
You will separate your laundry into three different types of bags. Wash and Fold bags are washed, dried, and folded neatly. Delicates Bag is for garments that need gentle wash low temperature or air dry. Dry Cleaning Bag is for all items to be dry cleaned.
On Pickup Day
For your first service you put your clothes in disposable bags and (your clean clothes will be returned to you in customized bags that you will use for future services). We will remind you of your pickup time the night before and on our way to you.
Washing & Dry Cleaning
Once your laundry is picked up it is scanned for treatment preferences and cleaning notes. The laundry is sorted into whites and colors and any visible stains are pre-treated. Wash and Fold laundry is washed on cold, dried on medium heat, and professionally folded. Delicates are washed gentle with low temperature or air dry. All Dry Cleaning items are professionally dry cleaned and returned hung in your customized OWL bags.
Delivery Day
After your clothes are clean and fresh, they will be folded and packaged for delivery. You will be notified when we begin deliveries and updated when on route to you. All clothes will be delivered to their designated location in their customized OWL bags.
